Hi, I’m Dr. Monica Louie, I live in San Francisco, and I had extractions done with Dr. Lee. When you first walk in the door, it’s very clean and cozy and comfortable. It doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a doctor’s office, so that’s very comforting. Even though I’m a general dentist, I was still a little nervous when I came in. I think Dr. Lee sensed that I did have some anxiety, and during that time she cracked some jokes. She’s really funny and that really helped ease my anxiety, so I was really grateful for that. The staff is very friendly—good attitude, really comforting. They make you feel like you’re a part of their family, so they will definitely make you feel very comfortable. Overall I had a great experience. She exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Dr. Lee.
